Congratulations to the project team at The Ford Plantation for a job well done.
Under the leadership of CEO Nick Cassala, exactly a year ago, the magnificent (but aging infrastructure) 20 year old Pete Dye Course closed for a total redesign. The club had raised reportedly in the region of $7-8 Million for the rebuild and the course was scheduled to be closed for exactly 12 months. Well they did it, one time and by all accounts on budget the course reopens today!
Pete Dye played a key role in the redesign and no doubt golfing enthusiasts everywhere will be itching to get out on the course and see what Mr. Dye has planned for them.

Sounds like a beautiful course. We have a few Pete Dye courses down here in swfl, too.
