About a week ago a heat pump failed at my rental home in Richmond Hill. I called Canady's Precision Air Conditioning and Heating to take a look at the problem and they determined that the unit was at the end of its useful life. They promptly gave me and estimate to replace the unit and made a few recommendations. Once I approved the job they ordered the unit and arrived here today to install it.
The day started off well as they arrived on time slightly before 8am. When they arrived they politely introduced themselves Steven Yount and Kyle Delk and I was reminded why I have been using and recommending Canady's to my clients for the past 5 years.
Firstly they arrived on time, this has been a constant with Canady's in all of my dealings with them, personally and for my property management business.
Before anyone steps inside the house they properly introduce themselves so that you know ever person that is going to be going in and out of your property for the day.
Before starting the work they confirmed with me the scope of work to be performed and gave me an estimate of how long they thought it would take to complete the installation.
While they are working they are purposeful, courteous and professional, giving my the occasional update when they completed milestones so that I knew how the installation was going. They always remove their work shoes before entering the house or wear protective coverings over their shoes.
When you talk to the technicians they are proud of whom they work for and they will tell you that they believe that their company invests in them to give them the best training in the industry.
They finished the job on time and on budget.
